This production line is to make carpet gripper (British English) or Tack Strip(American English) or Smoothedge (Australian English), the machines can produce 1.22m (4ft) or 1.52m(5ft) tack strip.

1. The capacity for a whole production line is about 200 boxes a day, one box = 400ft, 4ft a length, 100 pieces

2. 360V industry power supply

3. You may need a small compressor, it easy to buy from any where in the world, see attached photo.

4. 3 people to operate. All the machines are automatic, but need people to monitor.
